The prom begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Metropolis Ballroom, 6 South Vail Ave, Arlington Heights, IL. The event concludes at 10:00 p.m.

The cost is $115 per teen. Register online by April 27. No walk-in registrations will be accepted.
