Youth and Family

At the Detroit Church of Christ, Detroit Kids is where our children can learn about God, the Bible, and what it all means for our lives in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. In Detroit Kids, our children are able to build strong spiritual friendships with other children and mentors. During most in-person services, the children are organized by age from infants all the way up to 4th grade. Each classroom is supervised and instructed by multiple vetted volunteers who are passionate about serving the Lord and teaching our youth about Him. We have strict policies, background check, and supervisors in place to maintain safety and wellbeing during the classes.

Your child will enjoy the creative activities, engaging lessons, and building new friendships while you are able to focus on the service and fellowship. Of course, children are always welcome in the main service.
